Language Marketplace® believes in Social Responsibility.
Every year Language Marketplace® chooses a charity to support. Every year we provide the chosen charity with a percentage of our net revenue of one of our fiscal quarters.
In 2013, Language marketplace® has pledged $5,000.00 as a Gold Sponsor for the upcoming 2013 Bombardier Plane Pull for ALS.
In 2012, Language Marketplace® has for the second year specified the ALS Society as our focus charity. This organization became close to our hearts when one of our in-house translators was diagnosed with the disease in March 2011. In 2011 we decided to sponsor the ALS Society, as one of our Translators was diagnosed in early 2011. We were a major ALS Sponsor during the 2011 Scotia Marathon!
In 2010 we continued with cancer care in our focus charities. Contributions were distributed amongst six charities!
In 2009, Language Marketplace® donated to a number of different Charities in 2009, with a new one making the list; Children's Wish Foundation. This year we decided to ‘Grant a Wish’ to a child. We donated $25.00 for each attendee at our annual Christmas Party. This amounted to a donation of $1,725.00 for the Children’s’ Wish Foundation. Our letter of thanks for all those who attended!
In 2008, Language Marketplace picked CANCER ASSISTANCE SERVICES. We raised $12,655.73 for Cancer Assistance Services. Thank you for trusting Language Marketplace® with your translation services needs and for helping us raise money for this great organization.

Language Marketplace®, as a leader in Translation Services provider, was proud to have participated in the The Weekend to End Breast Cancer, on September 8 and 9, 2007.
We were honored to have walked with many other 'leaders' whom are working hard to raise money to help beat this deadly disease. Some whom do the walk every year. The really difficult 2 day walk benefits the Princess Margaret Hospital and the Campbell Family Institute in important Breast Cancer research, education, services and care.
In 2006 Language Marketplace® was honored to be able to donate a portion of our Net Sales to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
In 2005 we supported a number of families in Kenya via donations of Well Kits to herd animals.
In 2004, we donated a portion of our Net Sales to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
